Life is not always easy

Who else if feeling challenged right now? I’m personally going through it, what made sense is confusing, feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed, hurt... these moments happen it’s part of life, Ideally we rise above reacting, we are still and calmly observe this now as it is occurring and we seek the lesson, the message the opportunity to grow.
